Schantz Orchards
Schantz Orchard is a 300 acre orchard that produces 50,000 bushels of apples, peaches, pears, cherries, grapes, plums, pumpkins and gourds annually. Purchased by Fred and David Jaindl in 1988, the orchard sells produce to local supermarkets such as Wegman's along with many local fruit stands and farm markets in the Lehigh Valley.
